Central NJ Meetup, Thursday, June 14th, 2012
Join our monthly Drupal meeting in Princeton. All community members interested in using Drupal as well as strengthening the Drupal community are invited. We'll discuss recent and exciting Drupal-related news, present interesting topics, and share knowledge. We'll start our meeting with three ten 10 to 15 minute sessions and/or one longer 30 to 40 minute presentation. Move Central NJ meetup to 2nd Thursday?
The Central NJ meetup has been meeting the 1st Thursday, but that leads to an ongoing conflict with the nearby LOPSA-NJ meeting and tends to be very close to the NYC meetup.
There seemed to be general support for moving to the 2nd Thursday, but would appreciate broader feedback on how that would affect people's schedules and any other potential conflicts.

We're running two tracks in our May Training in Soho from Wednesday 5/30 to Friday 6/1 - D7 in a Day and D7 Site Building and PHP for Drupal and Module Development.
The Drupal in a Day and Site Building track is perfect for those new to Drupal or for users who have worked with Drupal but need sequential training to fill in gaps in knowledge and skills.

NNJDUG at NJIT and/or Upper Montclair?
A discussion began with lolascorpio's suggestion that another location in Northern NJ be selected for NNJDUG. There were several responses for and against moving NNJDUG, including camworld's offer to hold meetings in Upper Montclair.
First, camworld, I suggest that you establish an official Drupal Event in Upper Montclair.

We're trying to bring some new life and energy back to the Northern New Jersey meetup.
Anyone in the New Jersey/New York Area that has an interest in Drupal and also has ideas, suggestions for expanding this group is welcome and encouraged to attend. We received some pretty interesting comments from current and past members at the recently held super successful Central New Jersey Drupalcamp.
