Drupal 8 Jersey shore sprint, Asbury Park, June 13-14
June 13-14, 2015, the Central NJ Drupal Group is hosting a core sprint focusing on the upcoming release of Drupal 8.
The current plan is to focus on [meta] Remove or document every SafeMarkup::set() call to continue the work done at the recent Drupal 8 theme system critical issues sprint (June 5-7 in Portsmouth, NH) Please look at that issue if you will attend.

For the upcoming DrupalCamp NJ on February 4th, we need volunteers to help the day run smoothly.
Volunteer tasks include:
- Pre-registration setup
- Registration/info desk
- Room monitor/AV assistant
- Lunch herder
- Cleanup
Most of these tasks require no special experience, but for room monitors, you need to be able to attend a training on January 30 on using the University A/V systems in the Friend center room 101 so that you can assist speakers as needed.

I'm sure some of us will be participating remotely. I see an event set for NYC, but that appears to be the closest thing. Is anyone interested in getting together in NJ? I don't think we are planning on doing anything formal, but people could sprint together in common locations.
