Hello,
How can I set up the second title to add to the page title and in inside of the node , I tried Panels,Page Title,Automaticnodetitle but I failed.
the second title is a CCK Field [field_subtitle]...

Your question is quite trivial, or I don't get it: just add a CCK field, use Views or node template to display. I think you'll get an answer in the support forum.
Automatic Node Titles
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem, but I don't see how automatic node titles is not going to work here. There should be several other ways to do this as well, including at the theme layer.
