I have a site where I like to insert an image from the library to a page via the WYSIWYG. It works fine, but as soon as I preview or saves the page the image is not displayed but replaced with this:
It seems something is not configured right.
Can someone kind person help me please. I have used 4 hours researching but with no result.

This really belongs in the Media issue queue, not GDO. If you had looked at the queue, you would have found the answer http://drupal.org/node/963202. The person posting that admits they should have RTFM, which is another place you would have found the answer. The README.txt included in the module points to the URL the Media documentation including an step by step for configuring WYSIWYG integration http://drupal.org/node/356802.
I'm not sure how you spent 4 hours without finding this, but next time check the module's documentation and the issue queue first.
