I would like to create a test instance of OpenPublish Alpha3 on Acquia's hosting service, which is controlled by a dashboard that only offers the Drupal 6 version of OpenPublish. Pretty sure I do not have shell access with this account. It is possible to import an existing site, but that would mean first setting up, then presumably installing-over the vanilla version of Drupal 7. I was able to do this locally, but I'm concerned this might not go well remotely. Has anyone already tried this? I am asking here, because my understanding is that Phase2/OP works very closely with Acquia. What's the best way to install OP Alpha3 on an Acquia Dev account?

Answer
This is supposed to be done via Acquia's DevDesktop. Did not see it all the way through yet, owing to separate issue.
Edit: it is not recommended to do via DevDesktop! Just use subversion - create a SVN user, check out your trunk, populate docroot, check it back in.
We are going to be working
We are going to be working with Acquia shortly to get the latest version of OpenPublish available on DevDesktop.

Would that be ready within
Would that be ready within the next two weeks? How soon is "shortly"? Because I ran into a connection problem when it came to exporting the site from the desktop - and there's still a way to go after that. Thank you for your response - really looking forward to trying out OpenPublish alpha3.
Edit: spoke with Phase2 - it will probably take longer than the start time for this particular project; we're going ahead with the local install.
