am working in newspaper website and I want to use Drupal, I installed it in my localhost and everything is running well,
I hope to custome my Drupal website to be like this one :

or this :

I tried to install E-Journal module but I didnt know how do I used it...!!
Please help me to do that.

It seems you started a Wiki page with this question, so it isn't possible to post any comments. Instead I write directly on the page.
You seem to have two problems, which should be tackled separately:
1. You want to change the language settings on your site (and also use left-to-right settings). This is rather straight forward, and if you look in the Handbooks you'll find some instructions on how to change the language.
2. You want a structure for your website in order to make a newspaper site. This is a much more complex task, and could very well take a year of planning and preparing. Here's a great writeup on how the American newspaper New York Observer created their Drupal site. Maybe it can help you on your way.
In any case the E-Journal module will probably not help you very much – sorry. (Rather, the modules CCK and Views is now an essential part of any Drupal site beyond the absolute basics.)
