Automated intervention process

Hello yins,
I need to create an automated process for user groups in a D7 site for a med practice improvement intervention. Using OG, practices will create a private group. I need each practice to complete a series of tasks during the intervention. I need to collect data about each task like date started/completed, users, etc. All tasks are timed from the enrollment date. I have some ideas, but wanted to get some thoughts. Would you care to discuss?

Vendor purchase orders in Drupal 6 or 7

I posted this on the main discussion boards and have not gotten a response. Thought I would run by my homies?

Does anyone know of a way to create purchase orders for vendors using Drupal and Ubercart ? I'm not talking about using purchase orders for a purchase online, but a purchase order for your vendor if your company uses drop shipping.

Drupal Camp NJ Education BoF

http://www.drupalcampnj.org/ is a Drupal Camp held at an educational institution. In my mind, there had better be a lot of Drupal in education fans there! Planting this flag in the ground to let others know I'm going but mostly to provide an initial discussion thread as to what topics people would like to cover in BoFs at the event.

Drupal Ladder sprints?

Hey there!

I've probably met a few of you, but for the rest, I'm Brock Boland. I live down in DC, and I'm involved in the Drupal Ladder initiative: http://drupalladder.org

The gist of it is that we're working to get more people involved in contributing to core, with a goal of 1% of drupal.org users contributing to Drupal core by summer 2014.

There are two main ways that we're working to achieve that goal:

  1. Learn sprints, where we work through lessons on DrupalLadder.org
  2. Issue sprints, where we work on issues from the Drupal core issue queue

Suggestions for accountants

Sorry for the slightly off topic post, but I figured that many of us are in the same boat, running small businesses based on Drupal development services.

Does anyone have recommendations for accountants in the Pittsburgh area, particularly ones with experience dealing with small LLCs?

Problems rendering render array that's a child of another render array.

Right now I'm re-writing the theme implementation for the Field Collection module. Totally stuck on rendering a very simple render array as a child of the field collection field -- it attaches fine and renders everywhere else I stick it, no problem. But it won't render there.

I have a suspicion it has something to do with theme_field, which the parent render array is rendered by. Tested my array as a child in an array rendered by theme_entity, and that worked fine.

Patch and more info at http://drupal.org/node/1157794#comment-6257474. Any ideas?

Manipulating view with php

I've come up against something that has me stuck.

I've found that in working for a news organization, certain things (most things) need to be precise. For example, the bylines for the stories. When there are multiple authors or multiple publishers, they syntax must be exact. It cannot be writen
