Getting custom Theme to work with custom node creation

Thanks to everyone who helped before. I have created my module, installed the new tables for the custom node type with the schema and declared all the form fields using the API. It works fine if I use drupal-get-form, but I need to override the default layout with a custom theme. This is where I keep running into trouble. I have declared the theme using hook_theme and have written a custom theme function (theme_jobapp) and I need to call the new node from a menu item. I have tried every possible combination I can think of to make this work.

My question is: How do I tell Drupal to use my theme and my form definition in a Menu callback?????

Please see below for a list of combinations and errors and code.

Typical Theming Tasks?

A lot of questions about OpenPublish involve: "How do I do this in theme" type help requests. To make things easier, we are working on the cleanup and improvements to the OpenPublish theme. As part of this cycle, we are also trying to create an OP Theming Guide/documentation. The two efforts actually help improve each other. When we try to explain how things work, we often find a better way to do something and as we fix things in the theme layer, we remember to document the trickiest parts.

Voluntary help creating a theme

I run WhiplashInfo.se entirely voluntary. The ambition is to help other injured and disabled people to manage the various problem areas sooner or later encounters.

I myself am injured and have a wife who is severely disabled with the so-called acquired disabilities. I care for her in our home. Both, we include chronic pain due to injuries in the nervous systems (for those who know what it means).

I started Whiplash Info around 2000. This site contains about 2-3000 pages with facts and information in the legal, insurance, social support, etc.. Ie areas which often pose problems for the injured and their relatives. I need voluntary help creating a theme.

Site: http://thediscipleshipdare.com
Site designer: Ament Creative LLC @ http://amentcreative.com

This is a site that I just launched for Jess Bousa author of The Discipleship Dare. It's the first CMS site that he has ever used. Needless to say, he is very pleased with drupal.
Some of the features that the client wanted are:
1. Rotating header with endorsements. (Views Rotator Module)
2. Free access to the book online with a free account. (Taxonomy Access Control)
3. Easy content editing (WYSIWYG and FCKEditor)
4. Send to a friend (Spread Module)
5. Contact Forms (Webform)

Theming with Station Module and Drupal 6

Any suggestions for selecting a starter theme for creating an Internet Radio station site utilizing the Station module and Drupal 6.
(ie AdaptiveTheme, Fusion, Genesis, Zen)

Has anyone had success modifying an exisiting theme, or would starting from scratch be the best way to go.

Thanks

A really simple bit of theming help needed to remove just one blue bar!

I've been using Drupal for a few fairly low key sites for a while now and am ready to start offering some more complex sites to my bigger clients.

The OpenPublish package is looking great so far, but I've got just one problem I can't get nailed with the OpenPublish theme. How the duece can I remove the teal coloured bar from the header here www.airmicdev.com It doesn't appear to be an image and I've gone through the OpenPublish CMS and really can't figure out where it lives!

I know I'm probably going to feel fairly daft when I find out!

Inline Theme Builder

Hello,

I am looking if there any modules/projects to provide inline wysiwyg theme/layout creation/editing functionality.

The quick research gave me few desktop applications and this module:
http://drupal.org/project/theme_editor (not exactly what I am looking for, but does theme editing)

And I just watched "Drupal Gardens" preview screencast http://bit.ly/3Giopx
That's exactly what I am looking for :D
Very impressive and cause me to post here.

Most likely such module will be limited to css frameworks.
I'll do further research and also looking to hear any ideas.

Thanks.
