Problems with setting up the home page with the context module

Hello,

I had installed OpenPublish 2.2 - Build 285 and when trying to configure the main page with the context module to organize the blocks in each region, don´t let me change the blocks that is preset by default.
What I do is that if you attempt to modify or scrapped its current location, I deleted all settings.
I have reviewed the modules installed and I have the following assets:
6.x-3.0 Context
6.x-3.0 Context layouts
6.x-3.0 UI Context

Do not know if this is a problem module or something I'm doing wrong.
I need advice ....

Thanks.

Apture toolbar not displaying correctly with Internet Explorer

Has anybody ran into any problems with the Apture toolbar displaying incorrectly at the top of web page? It seems to be working fine with Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. However, when using Internet Explorer the formatting breaks and it stays on top of content when scrolled all the way to the top of the page, thus blocking our Top Banner Ad in the header. It should automatically "hide" itself from view when users are at the top of the page.

Future of OpenPublish

OpenPublish's theme should be built on a very simple, plain CSS framework such as Blueprint. http://www.subtraction.com/2007/08/07/the-framewor If using a grid is good enough for The Onion and the New York Times then it's good enough for me.

Also, since Context and Admin Menu module are used it should be considered to integrate Context Layouts and use of the Context Inline Block Editor as demonstrated on OpenAtrium (second video http://openatrium.com/features).

Updating OpenPublish

There have been several updates to OP since July 14th, but I'm kind of confused about when to update certain things. I read this thread which details which modules were patched: http://groups.drupal.org/node/60313. But, for instance, the admin module which they say not to update, has a security release out. When is it ok to update this? I have been able to update other modules that weren't patched in the 2.1 release, but what happens when a new OP release comes out?

Problem with saving any block reaction in context

Using OP 2.1-119, btw a really "awesome" piece of sw, but I'm now in a dead lane because of a strange context behaviour I cannot say if it's a bug or a feature. Every time I edit a context, both predefined or newly created, I can save everything but block reactions. For predefined context, for example, when I edit again the context, the block reaction has disappeared (I checked even in the DB).
