Functionality

I really like the slideshow but I am having problems with odd croppings of any irregularly sized or vertical photos.
Is it possible to configure slideshows? If so, how?

I have just installed OpenPublish and have finally been able to get it to work. My problem is that when I go to add any new content i receive the following error message:

Fatal error: Class 'MoreLikeThisFlickr' not found in /homepages/5/d199254484/htdocs/openpublish/sites/all/modules/morelikethis/morelikethis.module on line 416

Would someone be able to assist in getting this error removed. Thanks.

I run an online magazine (www.largecarmag.com) that features about a dozen articles a month, each with a photo gallery (sometimes with as many as 800 images). Is OpenPulish an ideal solution for this, or is there another solution that would be better? I currently author the site in Dreamweaver and FTP everything each month. I'm looking to get away from this method using a CMS such as Drupal.

I'm looking for a way to control what text is included in my RSS feed (I don't want the teaser, author bio and other extraneous material) and the existing articles feed doesn't permit fields. I'm wondering about RSS Views - it has been recommended, but there appears to be no documentation on how it works. Anyone have experience with this module?

I've setup OP on a subdomain. I'd like to use the Backup and Migrate module to backup the database and then move it to the production site. Can someone provide the steps I need to accomplish that? Thanks.

I've looked through the OP files, as well as views and content management and don't see a way to upload MP3s to blogs. I've also tried interfacing OPMP3 views with blogs with no success.

I do have 3 vocabularies for articles, but want terms only form one of them to be displayed in "Related Terms:" at the end of the article's page. Is any way to configure it in the OpenPublish or it must be done by modifying php-code with specifying only one term ID? Please guide me as for where to find that configuration screen/php-code.

Hi,

I have been trying to get the "video" content type to play a movie from an external url using the flowplayer without luck.

We encode our own video and place them on a CDN enabled storage network. We use H.264 and all our video files ends on .mp4 for full compatibility on other devices.

I then enter the full URL in the embed field. However, when I do this it tries to use the audio player for playback.

Any ideas on how we can get this to work?
