Field Contents Obscured
An issue to be addressed for 2.1: Field entries cannot be read. I was trying to edit a tablemanager table and the text in the fields don't fully display; instead you see an upper-portion of a character, rather than the full character, requiring you to guess what you are entering or viewing. This happens in all text entry fields, such as users.
Note: this problem does not exist on non-OP Drupal sites.
Read moreTimes for events
I'm playing around with OP events, and it doesn't look like this was configured to enter the event time, only the date. I tried to exchange the event date field with a field that includes time and date, but now I'm having problems getting anything to display.
BTW, I also add the jquery date popup, that makes it easier for people to choose dates and times. I would think this should be included standard with any event-type feature.
Thanks.
Read moreImagecache and articles
I was wondering about the way that images are associated with article.
When I use the main image/thumbnail image the files are uploaded to sites/all/files (which is the default path) with the thumbs going to a folder called imagefield_thumbs that is created on the fly. However, the template is trying to pull the images for the article from the imagecache folder so it displays a broken image.
The same goes for the Author image assigned in the author content type.

OP is a marvelous upgrade to the Drupal stable. But...
Is it ready, yet, for prime time?
Or, is it really a tool for the corporation level Internet user vs those of us who are one person bloggers?

Read moreImport Old Blog Data
Hello,
I use to have a Blogger blog but I am migrating to using OpenPublish for my blog. Before I found out about OpenPublish I actually imported my Blogger data into a Wordpress blog too, so I have the same blog content data in both Blogger and Wordpress systems. So is there an easy way to import data into OpenPublish from either of these 2 systems? Or do I have to copy and paste everything into OpenPublish?
Thanks
Read moreAuthor pages broken after update of modules
I confess it was not a smart move of me updating a module without backing up what I had before, but I am still learning drupal!
anyway, I updated op features and now the author pages are not displaying anymore. all the other pages are working fien apart from this.
Author content is there, I see author bios at the end of an article as intended, the problem is when I click on the name of an author and I end up in the author page where Ic an get the message: " THIS IS A AUTHOR TPL from module folder"
Make teasers optional
Most of the features of Open Publish I really like, but one of them is causing me problems: The teasers.
I can see the advantage of having a separate, custom teaser if you are doing a magazine-style site. But for the news sites I'm working on, adding that teaser text is getting in the way. Specifically, we do a lot of posting via an iPhone app called Blogpress, that works via the BlogAPI module. The problem is, there is no way to fill out the teaser field using this method, so all of the stories we post would go up without a teaser, and that would be bad.

I am going to upgrade from 1.6 to 2.0 this weekend on my test site.
Is there a way to do this without losing my content? Are there any instructions?
Read morePlease Integrate Drop-Down Menus in OP 2.1
Please integrate some drop-down menu in OP 2.1. The back-end of publishing is very full-featured, yet drop-down menus are seen as a user-provided add-on. It would be nice to have a drop-down system integrated as well as other parts of the OP ecosystem.
