Our first North San Diego County Drupal Meeting will take place at Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad, Thursday 1/27/2011 7pm to 9pm.

The January meeting of the San Diego DUG is happening on Wednesday January 12th at the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park.

We will mainly focus on a "SandCamp debrief", in the form of extended 10 minute lightning talks. Essentially, tell us what stood out for you at the camp, what you learned, what inspired you, and also what you thought did not work well. We all experience camps differently, and we are eager to see the camp through your eyes, be further inspired, and learn from your view.

The October meeting of the San Diego DUG is happening on Wednesday November 10th at the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park.

This month We have Zakiya and Bill doing a joint talk on theming drupal. They'll be covering a range of themeing topics from selecting a theme, making a subtheme, utilizing .tpl and .info files, fusion and skinr tricks, to slicing up comps, theming nodes and views.

If you want to learn the basics about how to get into themeing Drupal, you're gunna want to check this one out!

The September meeting of the San Diego DUG is happening on Wednesday September 8th at the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park.

This month, we'll have Burt Lo showing off a recent site he built leveraging Node Import (with dates!), Relativity, MP3 filefields, Search, Panels, and Views and more. This will be a great site building overview for newbies to get a behind the scenes peek at a working Drupal project.
