We've used a gdo thread in the past to organize meetup efforts. :-)

DrupalCon Prague is a little way off yet but I'm already getting excited about it. I've been looking into the feasibility of travelling there by train from London. Here are the logistics for travelling from the UK via Cologne in Germany http://seat61.com/Czech.htm#Prague.

It sounds like a fun adventure to me! I wondered if anyone else was thinking about doing something similar. Perhaps we could hold DrupalCon's first international train sprint and call it "Drupal On Rails"?

Give me a shout if you want to shun Ryanair and doing some collaborative overland travel planning.

Would anyone be interested in a group viewing session of DrupalCon? For those of us not going, I'm thinking that we could get together for a full day of watching the best of DrupalCon 2013. This is assuming all the sessions will be recorded, just as they have been for the past however many DrupalCons. NCSU Libraries could potentially provide space for this too, I can definitely get a room with tables that holds 20-30 people.

It's official! Just in time to get that early bird price on your Drupalcon ticket! @WeVillage is hosting Drupalcamp for Kids 2013 open to all kids between the ages of 2-12! It's only $279 for daytime care for the whole week this includes lunch! Aftercare is also available at an hourly rate, WeVillage is open until 9:30pm most nights in case you have dinner meetings or parties to make it to!

Just a final post to thank everyone that attended DrupalCon Sydney, and to all the sponsors, speakers and volunteers that helped make it happen - it definitely surpassed all expectations!

Sydney is looking like turning on some amazing weather from Wednesday onwards, with sunny skies, light north winds and temperatures between 24 - 34 degrees. Pack those hats and sunscreen, and remember to swim between the flags if you're taking a dip between sessions.

If you're arriving from overseas or interstate, we recommend grabbing a taxi from the airport to the hotel as the most direct route. Sydneysiders can grab a 30min bus from downtown (http://www.131500.com.au), or limited parking is available at the hotel for $18 per day.
