I would like to suggest a casual meetup in Beijing to get connected and network and share.

Also I learned how to contribute back to the community even though I am not a drupal expert(I am a little over 4 months since discovering drupal).
I would like to share things I learned from community members when I attended DrupalCon Munich recently and share my experience if you are interested in hearing.
-How to setup local setup for drupal core 8.
-installing git
-how to contribute and help on drupal 8 issues/reviews

Moin, kleiner Tipp noch für die Besucher der DrupalCon: am Bahnhof am einfachsten die IsarCard für Ring 1 und 2 kaufen, das reicht bis zum Konferenzhotel (liegt ausserhalb des Zentrums) plus natürlich für's Feierabendbier in der Innenstadt. Die Karte gibt's allerdings nur für Werktage, aber dafür kostet sie wenig (Montag bis Donnerstag ingesamt 12 Euronen).

Wer im MotelOne Ostbahnhof wohnt (sind glaub ein paar aus der Schweiz): Am Hauptbahnhof Tram 19 Richtung St. Veit, dann bis Station "Haidenauplatz".

I'm surprised that nobody's planned an offsite Drupal Rainbow gathering! If someone would name a time and place -- a local, mixed, gay bar would be great -- I'll be there!

in case anyone has interest to sell his DrupalCon Munich 2012 Ticket I may buy it. As a spontaneous idea I'll interrupt my vacation / stay in Spain.

Also I can offer one room to sleep for a developer (provided I get a plane on a fair rate). Apartment is very well located in the heart of Munich (-> Lehel).

But also, the first DrupalCon south of the equator is going to happen in Osasco, state of São Paulo in Brazil. From December 6-8, 2012. You are invited to bring a little Carnaval to Drupal!

Vocês estão convidados a trazer um pouco de Carnaval para o Drupal!

Isf vore det kul om vi svenskar kunde stråla samman och bekanta oss lite med varandra. Jag har precis bokat en BoF kallad "Drupal Sweden" för det ändamålet.

Tanken är att det ger oss en möjlighet att träffas och lite informellt diskutera hur vi kan hjälpas åt att förbättra för Drupal i Sverige.
