Do Open Atrium APP's work on Aegir?
Every time I try to install an App on an OA (2.32) site hosted on BOA/Aegir at Omega8, I get a WSOD.
"Verify Apps support" shows that I am only able to enable install with FTP.
Is the problem with OA or Aegir?
Is there another way to install these apps on Aegir?
Please help.
Thanks!
Higher Education Drupal Apps Server?
I was doing some research on Drupal Apps for our institution wide Drupal distribution and was wondering if:
a) Does an App server exist specifically for Higher Ed institution's use cases?
b) If not, would there be interest if one existed?

Does Apps install work under BOA?
I applied the latest BOA HEAD upgrade and included the Open Enterprise (OE 1.0-rc3) platform. When I create a site and log in as admin, then try to install an App within OE, I run into problems. OE asks for the ftp user/password then looks like it's doing the install. Once done I get "access denied", and the App has not been installed. The ftp user/pw works fine with CoreFTP, so the permissions seem correct. Any suggests?
Thanks

Several people have expressed interest in contributing back to the OpenChurch project.
The great news is that now with Apps, there is a functional way for 3rd parties to add their own modules/apps to OpenChurch as a way to extend functionality without baking everything into the core project.

Read moreUsing MySite with external applications and data
A few technical notes for developers concerning how MySite interacts with non-Drupal data and application sources.
First, a little history. The core goal of the MySite module is to abstract content published to a Drupal site. So the MySie distribution supports content types native to Drupal. The reason for this is scope: I don't have time to solve every problem, so I focus on those.
