Hi All! I'm excited to be hitting up my first Badcamp this year and am looking for a crashpad &/or roommates to split the cost of a room and transportation if necessary to and from the event. I plan to be in San Francisco Thursday, November 1st through Sunday, November 4th. I've finally recovered from BADCamp, where we had a short but productive code sprint on Friday. A number of new people got involved, which is awesome. Even more awesome, the Symfony2 HttpFoundation patch got into core earlier this week(!).

Absolutely, and it's exciting! BADcamp 2011 had over 500 people register in the first week alone. Currently over 860 people have registered, we're six weeks away, and rumor has it there's enough space for many more.

BADCamp will be held with October 17th and 18th, in the brand new Sutardja Dai Hall at UC Berkeley. BADCamp is a free, community-powered gathering, where we come together to share our experience and enthusiasm about Drupal, an open-source content management system that is powering more and more of the web every year. BADCamp is open to everyone, at any skill level.

The dates for BADCamp 2009 have been set. It will be on the weekend of October 17th and 18th, on the UC Berkeley campus, in the new Sutardja Dai Hall.

As you might have noticed, there's a new 2.x-dev branch out of Acquia Marina that includes layouts and styles for Panels 3 among other things: http://drupal.org/node/472094

Lee and I are looking for friendly housing during BADCamp. We're coming up from Los Angeles and we'll have our laptops, sleeping bags, and stories from DrupalCamp LA. All we need is a floor!

I was planning on dropping in on BadCamp next weekend, and just noticed the event registration is closed. Not only that, the waiting list is closed (wtf is that about). This makes me sad, because it means there are a lot of people who could be learning something about Drupal who are going to be hanging out in San Francisco all weekend with nothing to do.

Hello, I am flying in from LA into Oakland to attend Badcamp and looking for housing offers, or share hotel room, or anything to cut down costs. I think best to rent car at airport (although I am sure it will be expensive to park it in Berkley). Any advice or offers to share would be appreciated.
