Call, signs, todos
I can participate in the call. We should probably be updating on the list or here before the call if possible - there won't be much time to do stuff after.
In spirit, I intend to print out signs tonight that will be blank sheets with the Camp logo across the top which we can put up tomorrow morning, adding directions and arrows with marker. I walked the route from the garage today; it's simple enough except the snow hasn't been cleared from all of the crosswalks yet. The obvious route from the campus center to the ISB involves walking up a little service road to North Pleasant, then cutting over to a crosswalk to the ISB. Shouldn't be a problem with traffic on Saturday, especially early AM. There are some handy bulletin boards along the route as well.
Looking at the todo list, the one that pops out as vital to have done in advance is:
Arrange for tape, markers, whiteboard markers, name tags, other materials? Maybe create a page/ list for this accessible only to camp organizers?
There are three people on it, so it should be OK, but I haven't seen any updates recently.
We have several people who have volunteered to come early and help set up. I told them we would start around 8:00 because that's when Steve will be there, per our IRC meeting last week. People could come earlier, though, if needed.

I'm going to Staples in 1/2 hr and I'll buy this stuff. CWW is coming through with nametags. I'm getting:
I'm not bringing whiteboard markers, I'm assuming the facility has them. If someone knows this is not the case, please txt or call me (512-522-6281) so I know to buy some.

We've got name tags, markers (always more I suspect), tape, pens pencils. We'll review but I think we're in good shape - or will be in the morning!
Whiteboard markers - just in case
I raided the supply closet and came up with an unopened set of whiteboard markers - already in my backpack.
