Hello my friends. I just want to ask a few questions.
I was looking at site and I wonder that how they build this site.
Also I would like to know how they could manage the all site. I was practicing and I see Drupal more complicated than Joomla. But I'm decided to use Drupal from now on.
I just need a little help at the beginning. I'm watching the tutorials, I'm reading e-books. But you know, some advices would be so helpful.

If you are new to Drupal you
If you are new to Drupal you do need to invest some time in learning the package. When I started earlier this year I spent around 3 months just learning how to use the program before I started actually making some progress on the site I was building. Getting a good Drupal book is an advantage.
Looking at that site, there isn't anything really special about it. It looks like Drupal 6 with a custom theme developed on top of the Fusion base theme, the horizontal slider is Views horizontal slider. Other fancy outputs can be done with Views Slideshow and Views Nivo Slider.
All depends on what type of output you want. If you are starting out I would recommend using Drupal 7 as there have been significant changes between 6 and 7 and trying to learn both would just end up being confusing.
I thank you for your advices
I thank you for your advices and helps. I will drive Drupal well as long as possible. First, I intented to build the panels and blocks quickly. But i will do as your advice. I will watch more tutorials and I'm going to have this book.
The usual suspects
Most projects boil down the a similar set of requirements:
CCK, for creating structured content. Most of this is already in Drupal core as of version 7.
Panels, for creating section fronts with flexible layouts.
Views, for creating database-generated blocks/lists/etc based on your arbitrary requirements.
Various Views add-ons, usually jQuery-based, for making those blocks do interesting things visually.
I thank you too my friend.
I thank you too my friend. The ways you showed are so helpful. I am managing my Drupal site easily. But this is not enough. I will spend more time on Drupal.
