Hello there,
I am looking for a Module which would let me add the "Upload your CV" function (along with the browse button) to my site, Could anyone tell me how to do this?

Sounds like you need this for each user? Drupal comes with a core profile module, but Content Profile (http://drupal.org/project/content_profile) will be more flexible for your needs. Adding FileField (http://drupal.org/project/filefield) will give you a nice upload field to add to their profile.

Hi, Thanks for replying... I would need one for all users to go in the "Job" page if you see what I mean... thanks for the links I will have a look.

I agree this makes sense as
I agree this makes sense as added to the user profile. If in D7, a great module to go with is Profile2 which will allow to create a separate profile for Job Applicants. Even can have a separate page and menu link to make it clearer. You might consider adding a option for "available" or "not available" so that profiles can filtered otu if they've found a job or something. After you can create a view of these profile2 profiles very easily.
One place to look for ideas and maybe just copy the whole setup is the eRruiter install / distro: http://drupal.org/project/recruiter
