OCSMS schedule is posted http://2007.oscms-summit.org/schedule. There will not be a "News(papers) on Drupal" session.
But we should still get together. I've set aside an adjunct event http://2007.oscms-summit.org/node/369 but not scheduled it.
Some questions:
1) Should we just have lunch together on Friday?
2) Or a dinner outing on Thursday or Friday?
3) Anyone local to the area want to organize something?

While I'm not in or from the area, I'm at least in the same state and can claim to have driven through Sunnyvale once or twice. So if no one else chimes in, I can stake out a dining location if that's what we choose to do. I would like to know how many people are planning to attend the conference and would be up for dinner.

I'm recommending St. John's -- it's on Lawrence Expwy. It's not within walking distance of the venue (nothing is, really) but it's a short drive. They have burgers, (beef, turkey and veggie), cheesteaks (beef, chicken) and beer (some local micros). They also have a largeish outdoor patio. I wouldn't take more than 12 or 16 there, tho; but it's frankly difficult to organize more than that many pretty much anywhere. =)
On Friday nights their appetizers are half price.
Sounds like a plan
It looks as though we may not have a ton of group members attend, so we may just wing it.
I think I vote for a semi-organized on-campus lunch -- but I like to drink beer on patios, too!
