Hacked with c999 shell
Hi All, I was wondering doesn anyone have any info on how to remove the c999 shell from a hacked Drupal install. The hacker was able to upload a file through an old Drupal 6 website which installed this shell in some way. The script that did this was uploaded from the /files/images/ directory. We have upgraded the whole website (core and third party modules) and have it running on a local system now again. However, when browsing some pages, e.g.

How to "Add a Lesson" link to my Course Content Type so that the [nid] substitution works even after destination redirect ?
Hi all, I'm working on a site that has 2 simple content types, Courses and Lessons. The Lesson have a Node Reference to the Course that they belong to and I have a View that displays the Course with a Table of Lessons (View Attached to the bottom). I have added a "Add Lesson" link in the footer as follows to allow the Course Creator to easily add another lesson:-
<?php
echo l( 'Add Lesson', 'node/add/lesson/[nid]', array('html' => true, 'query' => 'destination=practice/[nid]') );

What do people think about trying to secure 2-3 hour talks in various computer related courses in Universities/Institutes of Technology introducing drupal, growing awareness of the cms before people head off into the commercial world.
It's obviously going to take some people a lot of time and effort to do this, but i'd certainly be willing to give some time to this at colleges I could get to within a relatively short commute.

Peer review thread
After some offline discussion with Alan we're going to try to use groups.drupal.org as the place to kick off drupal ireland peer reviews, as it is open and available to everyone.
If you would like to get a few blue heads to cast a critical eye on something you're about to build or have already done, put up some info as a comment to this thread.
Your call how much detail u post & how much you share once you have a reviewer. You might initially post:
-general description of site and/or link to it
-specifics on what you want to be reviewed
Drupal Ireland on twitter
Hi,
I'm going to make an effort to get the Drupal Ireland twitter account up and running.
You can follow at @drupalireland
For those who use twitter, please RT relevant and interesting items to help grow the presence. Twitter is great opportunity to reach out to people and make them aware that we exist and are active.
For anyone who wants anything put up on the account the easiest way is to get me on twitter @manonmir, otherwise drop me a mail via the groups contact form.
Thanks,
Gary

Hi all,
I'd like to bring your attention to an RFI (Request For Information) from the Local Government Computer Services Board:
http://www.etenders.gov.ie/search/show/Search_View.aspx?ID=FEB199516
The LGCSB provide computer services to Irish County and Town Councils, although what they do for each Council varies a lot. The RFI is just looking for info on Open Source resources available.
At the moment, the IT and development staff in LGCSB (and I think in councils) are very Microsoft-oriented, but they are beginning to look at Open Source, possibly for cost reasons.
Read moreDrupal install profile to create text and media repository/catalogue
Hi again,
Do any Irish drupalers know of an install profile that would create a repository or catalogue site for audio, text, images and video files plus other file formats to be added later. I'm looking for something that would or could also use the creative commons module and possibly be even drupal 7 based to take advantage of the improvements like RDFa that comes with it.
I'm after something that sits between "just a list of files" and a full dspace repository but any leads would be very welcome
