Decoupled Drupal
I'd like to hear about the efforts anyone is making in the decoupled drupal (aka headless) arena. If anyone has been using Angular or Backbone, or anything other than drupal for the front end, a discussion of that would be most welcome. Also, API design and what people are doing.

I would second @skowyra 's idea of Decoupled/Headless drupal, selfishly wait till next month. Either way sounds like a great discussion.

Launch checklists?
I would love to have a focused conversation about the art of the "launch checklist". What do you/ does your company have on your checklist? Do you have one or several staged lists? I know these are typically honed over the launch of many projects and it might be a great way to share our collective experience.
