Hello Drupal Austin,
The Open Source Initiative (https://opensource.org) has been invited to host a booth at the upcoming Percona Live Open Source Database Conference, set for 29-30 May 2019 in Austin, Texas.--but we need our your help.
We're reaching out to the local Austin (and surrounding area) open source community with an invitation to attend the conference on the OSI's behalf--in support of open source software and the OSI's work.
If you have a few hours available to staff the OSI's booth at Percona Live, we'd very much appreciate your help. Working the booth is pretty easy, and actually a lot of fun--it's a great way to meet peers, network, share a bit bout your own interests/projects/work, and even learn from the other conference-goers.
Of course, we'll cover your expenses related to attending (please be economical), and also provide a $100 stipend.
If you're interested (ideally we'd like to have three staffers), please let me know as soon as possible (masson@opensource.org), so we can make arrangements in time for the conference.
