The Austin Chamber of Commerce's Austin, Texas Now site has been nominated for a Webby. It's the only Drupal (and Austin) site in the category, and I think it's a great showcase of some Drupal capabilities. I may be biased (I'm one of the developers), but if you like the site you can vote for it here:

The site is built on Drupal 6 and relies on FeedAPI to pull in several feeds from Twitter, Flickr, and news sources related to Austin. A custom module allows administrators to filter incoming feed data based on positive and negative keyword matches to ensure content stays relevant to business in Austin without requiring constant administrator oversight. It also takes advantage of modern browser features, such as canvas and custom font faces, but it is still fully accessible, standards-compliant, and very search engine friendly.
