Good example sites for assessment

Have a look at http://drupal.org/project/course, http://drupal.org/project/certificate, and http://drupal.org/project/quiz - using these you can string together multiple course objects similar to how the courses are Rouxbe are presented (Goals, Video, Practice, Quiz)
