In recent years, Open Source Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal are more often used for the area of learning management or as a Personal Learning Environment. Although there are dedicated open source solutions for this sector like Illias or Moodle, the use of Drupal holds new possibilities which are not covered by pure LMS. During the workshop we will debate about the opportunities and possibilities that the use of Drupal offers and discuss new approaches in the field of learning management software.

I don't have a paper that I could submit this time but this fall I will be working with high school students in our district here in Syracuse as they build the sites for their own school.
It's a great idea to use
It's a great idea to use Drupal as a learning platform. I'm looking forward for the improvements that will most likely be brought by Drupal 7.
On another note, I'll be sure not to miss this year's edition of DeLFI.
