CCK

Now hoping that my CFL peeps won't let me down (like those crickets over at Views group). I have tried this so many different ways, I am all turned around in my head, on it. Site is suppose to launch in a few days. Until this is sorted out, themers can't theme that page, either.

Anyone willing to spend a paid hour to help me sort it out? Will gladly throw in begging. (Probably very easy for someone with advanced Views experience, and who hasn't stared at this for way too long.)

I am using D7 to create a basic catalog site and stuck at one point. I have following flow.

Category
Sub Category
Product.

Now with help of CCK module, i have created all 3 types of content types. Sub Category has Node Reference for Category and it works fine. Now in Product content type what i need is when i select Category (which is node reference field) then automatically related Sub Category should be listed. Can anyone let me know how to do this with available modules ?

I am new to Drupal and am attempting to create a "Sales & Rentals" section to a small but multi-HOA site I am building. Using CCK I have already created a "Calendar of Events" and "Amenities" sections. I have setup all of the fields for the real estate information and can setup exposed filters in views for Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Etc, my questions is, what should I use for an interactive map?

The map should be limited to my neighborhoods.
I would like to display a house icon on the map wherever a property is active

I am building a wiki site, which will have many CCK fields. I'm already feeling exhausted at the prospect of paging through a mile-long list of CCK fields when constructing views, for example. As this is a membership-only site, even the user profile has some 30 fields.

My plan is to create a unique content type for each category/topic (15+). Each content type will contain several common fields, so I've planned for that reuse of fields. Several fields will be conditional fields, some "other" combo fields.

För att hålla koll på vilken säsong vissa tv-serie-avsnitt hör till har jag skapat ett nytt CCK-fält kallat field_season och valt att det ska innehålla Heltal. Däri valt att man ska kunna välja endast ett värde och angett värdena till 01|1, 02|2, 03|3 och så vidare ända upp till 30.

När jag skapar/redigerar och sedan sparar en nod sparas det i databasen, det syns på nod-sidan men så fort som jag går in och redigerar noden igen har drop-down-menyn återgått till noll-värdet "Inget" 0ch även om jag väljer ett annat värde och sparar så visas det inte på nod-sidan.

I had a requirement to create a custom content type in D7 where the user can choose the title from a predefined select list.
I did create the content type but to my surprise the title field is not editable and no widget can be selected. However, I attempted to modify the title field by creating a module. I was successful to convert the title field to a select list with predefined options/values and it works fine when adding a new node. But when I try to edit an existing node, the previously selected title does not load but rather the default/empty option.

I think it would be interesting to create a module that allows to convert the total points of a bill, it is necessary when you want to print an invoice and is required to be expressed both in total com letters in numbers

I had created a "receipe" content with many "ingredients" field. I also have a "shoppinglist" content with a list of "ingredients" (same field of the receipe).

I need that when the user is viewing a receipe node (not editing) he could add one ingredient to his shopping list. I have already developed a module wich reads the content of the user' shopping list and displays it in a block.

I'm thinking of "templating" the ingredient fields (http://drupal.org/node/206980) with a (jquery) form which sends the form to /node//add.

I need help overcoming a bug in D7 CCK migrate fields, which fails to set the language which makes the field data not show up on edit screens of multilingual sites.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to patch the module and so far no one in the issue queue has helped. Maybe I have almost written a query that could be run directly in phpmyadmin though. Can anyone help me correct this syntax (assuming you can run if/then statements directly in mysql queries)? There must be a LOT of multiilingual sites that cannot upgrade to d7 without this:

select nid, language from i18n_node;

Ok, I am outside of my element on this one. I am working on a project where I have created custom profiles with advanced profile kit and I have added a gallery using CCK Image. I am creating separate galleries BUT these galleries will be fed from the profile gallery images. Basically all I need is for the user to have a dropdown where they select the gallery they want their image to show up in. I figured I could do this with taxonomy or something like it. Any ideas of a module combo that would allow me to do this?
