Improvements for the or a selected existing "media-/asset-managment"-module.

Current solutions are a good base for small sites but lack some essential features IMO for bigger solutions like e.g. intranet-solutions (e.g. file integration of external files stored on a NAS without a needed upload).

Unfortunately I am no programmer but I can provide support with UI, UX & Workflow-Design/Ideas. I am also Betatester for Adobe and know all current solutions which work very well as desktop apps.

I am trying to work with some images in ckeditor wysiwyg and I can input the links but I am seeing them as anchors and the image-x-generic.png instead of images. I am using media browser...

Has anyone had experience with this?
Does anyone have a better solution for inlining images?

It appears that IMCE is having a bit of an issue with the file browser...

Hello,

I am working on small audio/music drupal based website.
I have created content type call "Audio" to upload the mp3 audio files.
In the "Audio" content type Audio field used cck module used.

This Audio field cck allows small mp3 files to upload with out any problem. But when a file of 60MB, try to upload it gives ajax error.
I have attached screenshot of error page.

File uploading capacity is 100MB on webserver.
Any one has faced this type of problem?

what is missing yet from drupal is a media distribution using community features e.g. organic groups,video/image gallerys etc.
It would be great if someone created this.

Newbie question and first post to the local group!

For reasons I can't quite understand, I'm trying to teach myself a little Drupal module development. Apparently just setting things up and keeping them running isn't enough. Anyhow, I've built a little module that takes bits of information, artist name, title of work, etc, and lets you select a cover file. The whole thing gets passed to an external script which is already working (Linux command line I can deal with).

We've recently released a new drupal module that helps integrate Soundslides projects (http://soundslides.com). Soundslides has traditionally been used by journalists on many sites like the NY Times and the BBC for creating audio slideshows. The new Soundslides shell is fully HTML5 and iOS compatible.

Merhaba, uzun zamandır Drupal kullanmaktayım. Drupal 6.x ile yapılmış video sitem var. Emfield eklentisini kullanarak Youtube'dan video eklemekteyim. Drupal 7.x ile siteyi baştan kurmak istiyorum. Yalniz Drupal 6.x de olduğu gibi 7.x de Youtube videolarını ekleyemedim.

Media Gallery ile bir galeri oluşturdum. Galeri için kullandığım eklentiler: media beta4, media-gallery beta5, media-youtube alfa5, styles alpha8, multiform beta2, plupload beta3 ve colorbox..

Amacım resim ve videoların yer aldığı bir galeri oluşturmak. Eklentileri sorunsuz bir şekilde yükledim ve denedim. Bir galeri oluşturdum. Galleries sayfasında "No Images Yet" çıkıyor.. Upload ettiğim resimler videolar sites/default/files klasörü altında yer alıyor fakat dediğim gibi resimler-videolar galeri anasayfasına çağıramıyor :(

No drupalgardens possui um módulo chamado The Media: Image editing, que na realidade é um módulo simples mas que dá muito jeito, pois dá para fazer crop, rotate, image size e etc...
Não encontro esse módulo para instalar...deve pertencer ao CORE do drupalgardens...mas existe algum módulo que dê para manipular as imagens ao fazer upload delas ?
