DrupalCamp

I've heard some rumblings about the next drupal camp and figured that the discussion would be best posted here.

I would like to see us do the next Camp before the upcoming DrupalCon, maybe the last weekend in feb. or maybe even two weeks after DrupalCon, the 3rd weekend in March.

Considerations:

Announcement! We're holding a DrupalCamp San Diego on January 24th and 25th here in Sunny San Diego! Please join us if you can for a weekend of learning, refreshments, and camaraderie. Visit http://sandcamp.org for all the details, and while you're at it, propose a session!

Im Januar findet das DrupalCamp in Köln statt.
Ich habe mich entschieden, dieses Camp auch zu besuchen und habe vernommen, dass auch weitere CH-Mitglieder vor Ort sein werden.
Natürlich wäre es toll wenn der Eine oder Andere da auch zu sehen ist.

Här kommer en snabb rapport från Drupalcamp Copenhagen 2008! Vi är ett hundratal glada skandinaver plus ett par amerikaner, en irländare, en kanadensare mm. Arrangörerna, med mortendk i spetsen, har gjort ett jättebra jobb med att skämma bort oss på alla möjliga tänkbara sätt.

Help support LA Drupal, Drupal Camp LA, and local Drupal community efforts by purchasing and wearing a commemorative shirt celebrating the 2008, second annual, community training event. Hundreds of you registered and attended, and we're proud of the event but looking forward to help make 2009 a reality we're looking to make sure folks have ways to support the group and purchasing our commemorative apparel will help do that.

   "The Ballroom on Church Street" only available on 2/22 ($3K+).
   RDV Sportsplex - 4-8 hours, $400-$500 per room
   Plaza Theatre on Bumby - promising, waiting for info
   Seminole Community College (Sanford, Heathrow) - waiting for info
   Steve will talk to Heathrow Campus guy (Judson French) about their facilities
   The Orlando Art Museum (Lockhaven Park) is another possibility
