Come join us country folk for the next Philly Burbs meetup on September 20th at Quotations in Media, PA. We'll be discussing powering websites with steam engines and performance optimization techniques for churning butter. Actually we'll be talking Drupal. And drinking beer.

There's no set agenda, so if you have a topic you'd like to discuss or a question you need answered, bring it and we'll talk about it.

Hi all, I'd like to propose our next meetup as Thursday, September 1st. We'd love to host, as usual, but if anyone wants to suggest another Philadelphia spot to meet (suburbs are for the birds... and joomla fans) I'm fine with that too. With that said, we'll be getting pizza and beer if it's at our place.

Come on out and celebrate the summer weather with some good beer and stimulating conversation with interesting people. We might even talk about Drupal. We'll definitely talk about Drupaldelphia, the upcoming one-day Drupal Camp to be held at Temple on July 29. If you've never been to a DrupalCamp, come learn what it's all about. And if you've been, we need your ideas for sessions, speakers, and other details. And if you just want to talk Drupal, PHP, web development, design, social media, baseball, going down the shore, or anything else, we'd still love to have you show up.

I'm pleased to announce the date of July 29th 2011 for this year's Drupaldelphia event. We've reserved the same space that we used in 2010 at Alter Hall @Temple University. We will be announcing presenters as they commit, but we wanted to get the date out there so people could put it on their calendars. Drupaldelphia.com is in the process of being updated, this is where we will be announcing most of the updates.

• Doors will open at 8am, and the first sessions will start at 9am
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided
• More details to come

This month the PHP Meetup will be hosting a presentation from Zend Technologies - the company behind the PHP langauge as well as a number of tools professional PHP developers use and rely on.

Come join Zivtech on the fifth of May at our offices in Old City for a Drupal MeetUp and Geekarific Cinco De Mayo Fiesta. Please suggest any ideas you have for topics to discuss below. I'd love to start to come up with a game plan for Drupaldelphia 2011, including target dates, locations, prices, etc. I'd also like to use the time to schedule a Drupaldelphia COD sprint.

We'll have pizza and beer, and feel free to bring your favorite drink and/or an awesome sombrero.
