I am trying to maintain a openaid website saveworldart.org I put up a couple of years ago from 7.x-1.7 to 7x-2.8. I followed the install procedures and copied my site folder back into place. On going to saveworldart.org, I'm getting error:

I've been trying to move a drupal site onto one of the U's shared servers and have run into some problems. I wonder if anyone out there has done this and might be able to give me some pointers. Here's a summary of what I've been able (and unable) to do:

1. I was, after much trial and error, able to get a drupal site operating at cfans.instepp.oit.umn.edu/instepptest. I am running into a number of issues, however, including:

I've been trying to install the current version of OS on a Windows 7 PC using XAMMP (so I can test it before recommending it to my institution). But I've been having a LOT of trouble getting it to install -- mostly fatal errors due to missing files or settings.

When installing OpenPublish, before inputting site name, user name, etc., I got the following message for around 100 times on 1 page:
"Notice: Array to string conversion in _menu_router_build() (line 3603 of D:\wamp\www\my_site_name\includes\menu.inc)."

Followed with the forms to put in site name and other information, there was the following message:
"Uncaught exception thrown in session handler"
"Uncaught exception thrown in shutdown function"

How have you set up and documented your public media sites?
Do you have any recommended modules or procedures?

When I click the "Go there now" link after entering and submitting the basic site creation credentials, I am served up the index page on the root level of the server, and not the default home page for the site I just created. In addition to this, I am not getting the email I am supposed to get after successful site creation. Since I am not a server administrator, I can only speculate that the problem might have to do with permissions not being set correctly and/or paths are not set correctly in certain files (such as .htaccess or httpd.conf).

As the title says, I am new to openpublish--and Drupal in general. I am having troubles with the installation of Openpublish on my server and I hope someone may be able to help.

Hi Techies--
I've installed Drupal on 2 different servers. On one I remembered to click on the checkbox for installing the default data. On the other, I did not. Other than that, the installation went fine. Does anyone know which script dumps the default stories, menus, etc. into the mySQL data schema? I'd hate to re-run an install script if I could just run a *.sql script from phpAdmin or a *.php from cpanel.
