We have a presentation on Organic Groups by Andrew Berry for September.
We don't have a topic for August 16th though.

Post below ideas and topics you have.

We will be talking about Drush for tomorrow's session.

Did you know that Drupal has a command line interface?
Indeed, it is called Drush (DRUpal SHell).
You can do a lot of things faster from the command line, instead of loading web pages and clicking on things. It works on Windows, Linux and Mac OS/X.
For our June meeting, Andrew Berry and Khalid Baheyeldin will be presenting all you need to know to use this marvellous tool.

Great Drupal Web Designers in the Waterloo Region
Hi everyone,
I'm a Drupal freelance programmer in Kitchener-Waterloo looking to build a network of great Canadian Drupal theme designers (individuals, not entire companies).
D.org profile: http://drupal.org/user/473174
If you are interested in working with me to create websites, please add your comments to this page.
How it would work is, if I come across a project that needs both back-end and front-end development, I will fully develop the backend and then ask you to create the Drupal theme and if they have a PSD, arrange the theme to match their desired look.
Cheers,
Yonas
Drupal 7 and schema.org for a more structured Web
Two years or so, we had a talk about the Semantic Web by Stéphane Corlosquet, who was one of the contributors to Drupal core in the area of Semantic Web.
Now that Drupal 7 has been out for a while and has this feature out of the tar.gz file, it is time for a recap, specially that we do have a large user, University of Waterloo, who use the Semantic web on their Drupal sites.
Schema.org is a joint initiative from the major search engines to build a collection of schemas that webmasters can use to markup their HTML pages.

I have been having a hard time switching from default color schemes on a number of themes I have tried to install.
I have installed Mayo, Pixture & Bartik and I get an error message when changing off the default scheme.

I am in the process of creating a document management system. I created a new content type with the multiupload widget to allow for multiple files to be uploaded for categories defined in taxonomy. Then I used a view to display the records. The issue I am having is in regard to the display of the views. When attaching files, I have enabled the addition of multiple files per entry. This are defined in the view as comma separated values.
