In a new CCK content type, do you use the Body or leave it blank (and add your own cck field for it)?

I swear I read it somewhere as a "best practice"

I saw this technique cited as a Lullabot best practice once (can't find it now) and have adopted it. I think the benefit is making every field (save for Title) uniquely selectable in Views fields selector, but I don't recall actually reading why to do it.. It just made sense to me (and was different enough from the norm that I had to try it ;))
