I was hoping to find a night open for us at the Media Education Foundation (http://www.mediaed.org/) in Northampton, because they have a great room with large projector and screen. However, they are completely booked up, except for weekends.

Is anyone up for a weekend meeting, like Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon?
If so, please let us know your preference and if any dates are not good.
OR anyone know another location where some kind of screen is available so we can all watch what people might want to present?

hmm, this is confusing because the calendar you link to shows some free weekday evenings. 11/8? 11/9? 11/22?
my schedule in november is up in the air, i will be out of town for a while; i'll post here when i know when i'll be around.

Hi Tim - the events shown for 11/8 and 11/9 start early but go all the way through to 9pm (mouse over the event and both the start and end time will pop up). 11/22 is free, but that is the day before Thanksgiving so I thought that might be bad. As far as I can see, 11/22 is the only free weeknight.

Would prefer a weekday
I try to keep my weekends open as much as possible for recreation/family. I suppose if I had to choose a weekend, I'd do Sat. morning.
Weekdays are better for me, too
How does a weekday morning work for folks over some coffee and doughnuts (mmmmmm...donuts)? I know it won't work for folks with 9-5 jobs, but I work a flex schedule out of my home, so meeting on a weekday morning just means a bit more work at night after the kids go to bed (which I'm usually doing anyway!)...I could meet at 9am...
Looks like the Media Center is free on Monday 11/6 or Wednesday 11/15 or Monday 11/20 or Tuesday 11/21....

A room is free for nonprofit organizations (do we qualify?), or $5 for other groups. An additional $5 for A/V equipment.
