Penguin Day gives nonprofits an opportunity to explore free and open source software. Austin will have its first Penguin Day on April 28 at Ventana del Soul - specifics are posted at http://effaustin.org/penguin/. We need knowledgeable presenters for the topics on the agenda, which is posted at http://effaustin.org/penguin/agenda.html. If you want to take ownership of a topic or help with a breakout group, please email me (jonl at polycot.com).
We also need help getting the word out to nonprofits. Their cost is $150 if the NPO's budget is over 500K, $90 if it's 500K or less. This cost includes breakfast and lunch, and is used to defray expenses.
Penguin Day is presented by the nonprofit Aspiration (http://www.aspirationtech.org/) with the help of local cosponsor EFF-Austin (http://effaustin.org). The national Penguin Day site is at http://penguinday.org/. The local site (just launched) is at http://www.austinpenguinday.org/, and the local wiki is at http://www.austinpenguinday.org/wiki/

Will the Drupal presentation be taped?
I think it would be very helpful if someone could arrange for the Drupal presentation to be taped. Can someone who plans on attending make this happen by contacting the appropriate folks and then placing a link here to the video?
Thanks in advance!

Great idea
In fact, it would be great if someone was up for taping the whole event!
