error when clicking user name

I am getting the following error when I click on a user name from a comment or story (for example when I click on the name of the user who contributed the story):

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/admin/public_html/modules/user/user.module on line 1516.

Anyone else getting this?
