Loyalty program

Has anybody implemented a customer loyalty program with Ubercart? Something along the lines of:
After 5 orders, 10% discount
Between 6 - 10 orders, 15% discount
11 + orders, 20% discount

I'd love to have that feature too. Can anyone share if there's a similar module. Either a loyalty module that works with ubercart or just works as a standalone would also be good. Thanks
