How Are You Using Open Atrium 2?
When you have a flexible framework like the new Open Atrium, it means that the possibilities are endless for how people can use it. Now that Open Atrium 2 has been out in the wild for a bit, we're hearing that it's being used for everything from intranets to learning management systems, collaboration platforms to portals. We would really love to hear how people are using it, if you're willing to share. That way we can continue to build new ideas and best practices as a community.

Read moreAdmin Menu / Admin Themes
I've run into an issue where standard Drupal admin themes like Seven, Stark, Bartik, Garland, and even Radix won't show the admin menu [oa-navbar] when logged in as an administrator.
The admin menu bar only shows up when using the OA-Radix theme. Anybody else experiencing something similar?
What would cause this not to appear in themes that come packaged with the Open Atrium 2.0 distribution?

Read moreOpen Atrium-2- Platform on Barracuda Aegir.
Hi,
I have searched for instructions to create a platform and profile of Open Atrium 2 on my Barracuda Aegir (BOA) hosting environment but no luck.
Is there any makefile available for this purpose of OA2 platform.
Or some instructions I can follow to create OA2 platform from scratch.
I know OA1 platform is already provided by default when I installed my hosting platform. But I am interested to launch my site on OA2 instead.
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Read moreSpaces in toolbar question
I just installed the dev branch of OA2 and have gotten a couple of public "Spaces" set up...pretty straight forward stuff. When I log in to the site, the Spaces area in the toolbar shows "Public Spaces" which lists all of the Spaces that are created and public which is expected. However, when I go to one of those Spaces, the Spaces area no longer shows me any Spaces other than the one I'm in ... even if I go back to the home page, there is still only that one Space I previously visited showing up in the toolbar.

I'm just starting to investigate OA and I was wondering how it scales with large numbers of spaces, sections, groups, teams etc. Will OA perform ok with 10k spaces? How about 100k spaces? I know I can always throw hardware at any problem, but there is generally a recommended limit for these things - how far has OA been pushed and handled the load?
Thanks, TJ

Read moreCan an OA Administrator be given access to edit OA space member user profiles?
I'm trying to find a way to let OA Administrator Members edit user profiles (username, password, custom fields) of members of their space. If I give them them "Administer Users" at admin/people/permissions, then these administrators have access to all user profiles (even user 1), not just those users who are members of their group. But, the OA space permissions page does not offer any way to let admins edit their group members' profiles or to create a roll that does.
