What this is about:
We've been hearing a lot from the community about wanting more transparency with regard to the Drupal 8 initiatives and their advancement. Every two weeks, the Drupal 8 initiative owners, along with Dries, webchick, and a team of project managers have “scrum of scrum” calls where each person goes around and talks about what they worked on since last time, what they’re going to work on for next time, where they’re blocked, and how the community can help.

I suck at graphic design. But, I thought it would be neat to have a logo to represent our group. Maybe someone with more creative talent can take this idea and run with it. See below:

J'ai utilisé Drupal pendant quelques années, mais je n'ai pas forcément suivi tout le développement de Drupal 7.

Vu que je ne travaille pas en ce moment, j'aimerai faire un site communautaire type forum sur un sujet qui m'intéresse. (forum, pools, views, cck,...)

Acabo de venir de la DrupalCamp 2011 en Sevilla y me han dado mucha envidia las ciudades que tienen grupos locales y que se reunen periodicamente para hacer networking. Yo he intentado ir a alguna reunión en Valencia (desde aquí mando un saludo al grupo local de Valencia, a quienes he conocido en la Drupalcamp) pero siempre me surge algo que me lo impide.

we are trying to implement the 5 motivators of giving, as shared by in the TED Talk of Taylor Conroy - How to Build a School in 3 Hours (worth watching, 19min) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aC02SmuOxYI . The motivators are: Group Mentality, Tangible Outcome, Microgiving, Personal Connection and Recognition. We believe that these are indeed motivators and we want to integrate them in the CiviCRM Personal Campaigns.
