for example, we'll take stock of the location and number of CSS files and discuss if the architecture can be improved through emerging frameworks like Object Oriented CSS.
We will consider the questions "What do themers need from Core in terms of CSS? Module developers? SEO specialists?" and "What's new in CSS? What does Drupal support? What's the roadmap for CSS support?"
Reponsive theme: Parallel block of same height
I have a div having three parallel blocks of width 33%.
These blocks are of variable height also height is not known since block content is fetched from views module.
I am using background color property for block content. Because of variable height, blocks are not looking good.
How can i make blocks of same height without mentioning a number for height of blocks since it is not known.

Let's implement the sanitization bazooka: Autosanitization
Abstract
Wrong sanitization of user supplied strings, resulting in CSRF security issues, accounts for the vast majority of security announcements. Autosanitization (exactly: proper context stack aware autosanitization) would be the bazooka to end this once and for all. It is in reach und would be a unique feature among notable open source frameworks. The implementation requirements are described. Research is needed as of the D8 core requirements necessary to implement this in contrib land.

Using Browscap with Panel Panes and Drupal Blocks
Many users have asked me how they can hide a block or panel pane in mobile, so to fill this gap I created two new modules that utilize the Browscap module (device detection):
Browscap Block adds a visibility option to block configuration settings to allow you hide blocks in mobile devices.
Browscap CTools includes an access control plugin to show or hide panel panes in mobile devices using the pane visibility settings.
