I have a multilingual site. There is a strange problem i am facing.

Whenever i try to access a non permitted page and redirected to access denied page.
Then i log in with the credentials then the page shows double language prefix.

For example :-

www.mysite.com/en/en/content-page

      I am facing a simple and strange error in my localhost (Xampp). When i try to start the apache engine i got the follwing error message.

Error Message:

3:02:22 PM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

3:02:22 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.

how to calculate time interval (closing time - opening time), I am using form id alter hook. time is stored as an array. it is working fine for the integer Please help me.

I have added jquery mobile js and css files into info file. but some error display on console.
I think jquery version conflicting.
