Attached is version 1 of the handout, with schedule, sponsors and placeholder wifi info. The wifi info will go into the final printed version.
Does anyone know the real name of d3s_web?
Please take a look and reply with corrections, suggestions, etc. I'll want to get it into the printer by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Is there money in the budget for printing these? A sense of how much we want to spend on color, nice paper, etc, or is thrift of the essence?
Update: Attached is version 4, which incorporates the suggestions for in-kind sponsor representation and includes the presenter's screen names as well as real names. I also did a 8.15 by 14 version, which makes it less crowded, but that drives up the printing costs. I'm ready to go with this version if no one has any last requests. To print in color is definitely preferable, but costs .40/copy, or $160.00 for 400 (which we may exceed by Saturday). B&W is only .10/copy or $40.00.

Amherst College
Do we have anything from Amherst College in terms of graphics in order to list them as a sponsor in kind? We need to include them in some manner. David and the school have been incredibly supportive of the group.
UMass Amherst
I suppose if we were to include a graphic for Amherst College, we should also include the wordmark for UMass Amherst since they have offered the venue for the camp.
UMass Amherst logos
Approved UMass Amherst graphics are available here:

Let me know if you need a specific format.
Yes everyone should get
Yes everyone should get themselves posted into the in kind category... post here if you are missing from the list and don't have access to post yourselves.
Updated with new version attached
Who else might be in the in kind category? I'm not sure what you mean about posting to the list - is there another page off of the camp site?
Verify
The presenter's name for 'Drupal development tools and techniques'.
So, I hate to do this, but
So, I hate to do this, but Moshe just pulled out due to a medical issue. We are working on replacing the session. Ultimately, this stuff will happen, and printed schedules are dicey for this reason. If the schedule doesn't get updated in the next 4-5hrs, just put TBD in the schedule I guess.
There are a few issues
with the schedule. Don't go to print just yet.
All changes have been
All changes have been commited.
Arrgh
I dropped it off this morning and they already printed it. We'll have to have a notice up explaining the changes.

Errata on Verso
I picked up the handouts and discussed possible fixes. They could run them through again and print changes and corrections on the back. They can do this same day for about $25. So if we know what we need to change by Friday morning I could do that.
Or we could simply have a notice up at the sign-in table informing people of changes; they can write them in if they want to.
Good plan
I vote for this plan -- that is, printing the errata on the back, if possible. :-)
221 is available
I have succeeded in reserving ISB 221. I could only get it for the 22nd, but I'm optimistic that the weather will hold and we will not need the snow day.
This means that we have an additional 100 seat venue that we can use. That means that if we have sessions that can't fit in their assigned room, we can move them to the small auditorium. Or if there isn't enough room in the 300 seat auditorium we might be able to rig overflow seating with audio and maybe video.
Revised schedule
I attached the revised schedule to be printed on the back of the handout. I'll be dropping it off in the next hour of two, hoping to beat the snow.
Handout is finished
Got the revised schedules printed on the backs of the handouts.
