Try Lynda.com or the folks at Lullabot for great training videos if you can't find anyone.

Some one suggested I just go to WordPress as it's a lot non-web-tech user friendly. What are your thoughts on that? I am not a web tech, know no code, just want to get my websites into a CMS I can use very easily and not have to rely on unreliable web guys when I need something done.

There is help

You do not have to go another CMS for 'user friendly'.

The tough part of Drupal is getting the right combination of modules to accomplish what you want to do with your site, and then getting them configured. Once that is done Drupal is as user friendly as anything available. Unfortunately it takes time, and some code knowledge, to find the right modules and get the configs right.

I can help you get the right combination of modules, help with the custom graphics (custom theme if necessary), provide support as needed and I always work with my clients the help them learn and understand Drupal.

Email me, my Drupal contact form is active, and we'll discuss what you want to do and how to help you get there.

Unfortunately, developing

Unfortunately, developing websites almost always requires a web developer! No matter how user-friendly a CMS is - you will almost always will want to do something at some point that requires technical expertise. You then have two options - hire a developer, or learn to do it yourself - or some combination.

Feel free to contact me as well if you want help learning Drupal. Also, check out the #drupal IRC channel on freenode, where you can pose questions and sometimes get free advice.
