April Meet-up Follow-up

Thanks, Walt, for setting this up, and thanks all who attended for attending. I thought I'd drop a line of encouragement to anyone contemplating coming out into the sunlight at future meetings.

I enjoyed meeting the lot of you and learning some good tips both in Drupal and site hosting in general (well, in gory detail on David's end of the table). It was good to learn a bit about load balancing and php optimization. As the meeting was breaking up, we got a nice glimpse of forms api that was like gold to see.

But mostly it was nice to get a slice of perspective of who else is using Drupal locally and how. You guys have stitched together some great work, and getting a behind-the-scenes tour is a real privilege. I'm looking forward to sharing more of my own work and seeing others' creations as well in future meetings.

Did I hear plans brewing (b/w Walt and Margaret) to make things more structured/presentation style?
