Trust me. You shouldn't be enabling this module.
But if you do enable this module, you shouldn't be enabling the module that requires this module either.

Check out the tests
The module is testable too. You should check them out(and the file history in cvs).
Bad judgement is also a dependency for Hooker which gives you a clue about the safety of using Hooker. :)
core PHP filter included
I like that the core module for PHP filtering is considered as potentially requiring bad_judgement (sic)
