Since 2007 we have a website www.iknowpolitics.org but we are still strugling with increasing website traffic and SEO. Since 2011, website traffic has dropped with more than 50%. Any ideas how to improve SEO. is it useful to recruit an expert in SEO to have a look at the site and can advise on how to improve SEO? What is the cost for this?

We launched a (Drupal 6) website about 2 years ago (www.fsrmagazine.com) and the traffic hasn't grown like we were hoping. We've done a lot of basic SEO stuff, such as page titles, good content, sitemaps, etc, but the "game" has evolved over the years and we aren't able to keep up.

So we're looking for outside help - do you know of any local (Triangle area, NC) experts in (white-hat) traffic growth strategies?

Hi,

I am developing a new site and was curious, if there is a way for the automatized formatting of the page code to index/no-index.

Currently, Google crawls all pages from my site, but I have the taxonomy for the navigation finished, but I have no content there yet. It hurts my potential future ranking as Google Panda/Penguin will rank many pages as "pages with no content".

Is there a way to set taxonomy pages as "NoIndex, Follow"?

Hello,
My website has two languages : French and German.
I see in my log warnings, type "Page not found" like that :
http://www.mysite.com/de/robots.txt

My French language has no path prefix.
Example url : http://www.mysite.com/contact

My German language has a prefix path : de
Example url : http://www.mysite.com/de/Kontakt

Could problem comes from that difference between the 2 languages configuration?
If not, what could be the problem? How to solve it?
