Design Profiles
Over at AdaptiveThemes we've been hammering out how to give our designers better tools for designing for Drupal. At first we thought about a set of briefs, then that grew into packages (brief + stock images, logo etc) and then I struck on the idea of Design Profiles.
A Design Profile is a package including a sample site (say a blog, business site, Ubercart site etc), PSD templates, a detailed brief and stock images (sample logo, photos etc).

Hello A2Drupal!
I currently help the UM student chapter of Habitat for Humanity by providing support for their website (http://umhabitat.org). I set up a drupal cms for the group, and the site functions well for their purposes. Unfortunately, I have very little artistic ability, and even less graphic design sense. Therefore, the site uses the standard Drupal theme. Would anyone in this group know a design firm (or individual) who may be willing to donate their time to develop a theme for the site? Austin-area themers! Where are you?
Themers! Where are you? Let's get together. There's lots of work to be had, and we can throw some your way. I'm tired of turning away clients (due to workload) without referring them to designers I know and trust. I want to meet you and give you work!
My apologies for the job-ish posting -- I know it's not the ideal forum. I tried posting in Paid Drupal services a week ago, but as the comments reveal, many of the replies were from overseas companies whose websites are rife with design and spelling errors.

Theme site set up
There is set up a small testing site for themes at http://theme.drupaler.net/.
I've tried to install all available themes (4.7.2) and categorized them according to their validatation against "Markup", "CSS" and "WCAG".
All Installed themes can be easily tested from a "Test [$theme]" link. If you are registered you are able to vote for a theme.
If a theme is missing, you should post a story with the [$theme].tar.gz
Design förslag?
Jag tycker Drupal.se behöver en snygg design first. Jag hålla på infrastrukturen sen efter. Just nu Drupal.se är ompekad till Hiveminds men jag bytta den så fort en design är klar. Jag tycker att sveriges flag färger kan vara snygg men är öppet till alla färger grupper.
En sak är I att jag är inte helt säkert att den ska vara långt från Drupal.orgs design men vissa saker kan vara mycket bättre. Jag också är emot att öppna sajten med en av de befintliga temat som Bluemarine.
Med tänken om infrastruktur jag tycker att gå med en en tredje partie forum. Jag se att nån har gjort en module till Fud forum.
