Vielen Dank für die tollen Fragen die gestern noch dazu gekommen sind, es hat mir mit euch eine große Freude bereitet!
Liebe Grüße,

#ResetTheNet
Reset the Net is a global movement to take our privacy back and secure the Internet to defend against mass government surveillance organized by Fight for the Future, the same folks behind The Day We Fight Back, an effort earlier this year that Drupal.org joined in promoting.
On June 5, individuals and organizations around the world will launch a campaign to promote the use of NSA-resistant tools to people who are unfamiliar with privacy options, and encourage websites to build security and privacy into their systems.

Overview: With Encrypted RSS/Atom feeds, buddylist-like features become possible cross-site. The project would be to develop a module which generates and consumes syndicated feeds, where reading them in only possible behind a login.
Encrypt RSS feeds
I dont know if this is the right place for this kind of discussion, but I think this idea comes under webservices and I desperately need help.

I want to see whether this service has been achieved or not(in my knowledge it isnt.)
As on the discussion on the page, this module one created is very helpful but requires a great deal of work. So I need some guidance in doing this and I also have some doubts regarding the details that the module should contain in the project page.

Privacy Policy
We have just moved our ColdFusion website to Drupal, and are in the process of building up the new site. We are taking advantage of all of Drupal’s capabilities, and have started to encounter issues of privacy and security that we have had to address before.
Does anyone have a written privacy/security policy (user registration, posting of names, phone numbers, posting and tagging of photos, etc.) that they would be willing to share with us?
Read moreIs D7's default use of the Semantic Web ethical?
Obviously, the title was created was designed to elicit discussion ... but I am seriously interested in the prospects for unintended consequences of D7's default use of RDF. D7 will be a great leap forward, and I'm genuinely excited about the prospects of D7's adoption of RDFa. Upon further reflection, I'm wondering if D7's embrace might actually make it easier for users to be tracked by organizations like Recorded Future. I understand, that today's default settings can be "undone" ... but it is the default that has me most concerned ... precisely because it is the novice end user who isn't particularly savvy that will be put at most risk ... and is unlikely to even know what is going on "under the hood" ... I know, I know ... probably an exaggerated concern, but I thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone might want to comment.
Read morePrivacy Settings for Content Types (Nodes)
Hi,
I'm looking for a module/function to set privacy not only to several content fields but to a whole node.
I've created an image gallery content type as descripted in this video tutorial http://www.lullabot.com/articles/photo-galleries-views-attach.
Also I'm using CCK Private Fields (http://drupal.org/project/cck_private_fields) to have privacy functionality within my user profiles (created with content_profile module). Now I can say "show content field xy either to all, friends or nobody. These settings are applied to the content fields and not to the content type.
Read moreNode Profile and Privacy?
Hi
I want some social features on my Site. I am using D5 and Node Profile and Pageroute. User should now create relationships. I have looked at all the modules Buddylist, Buddylist 2 and User Relationship. What I have not found is a possibility to hide node profile fields from users that are not buddies.
Is there anywhere (a module or workaround) support for privacy?
A little help would be great.
thx
bennos
