gallery

Buenas tardes, disculpen mi ignorancia, pero quisiera saber si hay una forma para visualizar una galería de imágenes como un bloque, en la barra lateral, pero que me mostrara solo 1 elemento, que al darle clic abriera una ventana con los controles para pasar los elementos de la galería, tengo Drupal 8 con los módulos de Slick, Blazy y color box al parecer bien instalados, he logrado únicamente con Blazy que me muestre el bloque en la barra lateral, pero no me muestra un solo elemento, sino todos, al darle clic me muestra la ventana que quiero, pero si lo cambio a slick no me aparece nada, mas

Do you know if there is a module which can create similar gallery in D6 http://www.drupalgardens.com/documentation/gallery. I really liked it Drupal Garden one.

My requirements are for the gallery:-

1. Should use tags in a video so that it can be use to sort.
2. Should be able to drag and drop to reorder it.
3. Need HTML5 video, images and PDF support.

I have been searching and have found no way to get views slideshow to display the way that would look best for my site. I feel like this is a big favor to post if anyone tries to mess with it or maybe/hopefully I am missing something obvious that one of you already is aware of? :)

I am trying to add the capability for a group of people in an organization to easily upload photos and have them post to a gallery or slideshow on the sight. The Flickr module has been recommended, but it appears that out of the box this module works with one Flickr account only.

I have 3 requirements for publishing my own photos on my own site
1) multiple batch uploading
2) integration with an external photo sharing network to widen my presence on the web i.e. so that my content will get seen elsewhere which will draw people to my site. The photos themselves would either hosted on the external site and referenced by my site OR a copy is on my site and on the external site
3) low resolution versions, but not too low available on the site, with ubercart integration should people wish to buy a hires version - expecting occasional trade here at best but would like to learn about this aspect.

Hi all, by way of intro I have been sitting on the side of this group for a month or two now watching for some events to attend to build my knowledge of Drupal. I am a long time web developer and web manager in Brisbane (currently working in a customer experience management role) and have only recently discovered Drupal, but I think it's very exciting as a platform for building complex sites.

Drupal has taken it pretty hard regarding its image handling abilities. I won't say that it's not warranted. Drupal 7 has really made some improvements to image handling. The instructions here are for building a simple photo slideshow in Drupal 6. The process would be different (read "easier") in Drupal 7.
