Drupal evaluation in Idealware CMS Survey
Idealware recently published its second Annual Open Source comparison (see announcement below for link to get free report). Idealware is one of the more respected source of information on non-profit IT.
I'm posting here because Drupal 7 doesn't move at all in the ratings compared to Drupal 6. Ease of xx is still Solid rather than Excellent in most areas. Surprising to me is that its one Fair rating - Accessibility and Search Engine Optimization - doesn't budge either. I think there should be a Drupal community response.

Niagara and Hamilton Meeting: Loving Drush and Pushing Panels

I have been aware that there was a thing called drupal for several years, but only last week did I decide to dig in and try to learn it. I have a comp sci degree from a long time ago, and have some experience developing in C, awk, shell, etc.
I also have some ability to develop websites on a LAMP (actually MAMP) stack with HTML, CSS, php, and MySQL. I have deployed a couple such sites to a LAMP stack at godaddy. They ain't pretty, but they work.
